The San Francisco 49ers have received some kind of scare in the second quarter against the Buffalo Bills. Running back Christian McCaffrey took a pitch and quickly slid down to the field for a five yard loss. He quickly hobbled off the field after the play. On the replay, he was quickly gimpy as he caught the pitch and started running.

McCaffrey left the game with 53 rushing yards and 14 receiving yards. He has gone into the injury tent. More to come.
